Clinical observations on anticoagulant efficacy of high-dose segmented citrate on high-flux hemodialysis
目的观察高剂量枸橼酸进行分段体外抗凝高通量血液透析的抗凝效果及安全性。方法对2020年1月至2020年11月期间24例有高危出血风险的维持性血液透析患者行4%枸橼酸三钠抗凝治疗67例次,分别在透析器前后以200 mL/h的速度输入4%枸橼酸三钠,观察患者的临床不良反应、抗凝效果,比较透析前、透析2 h和透析后体内、体外血液pH值、钙离子、总钙、钠离子、碱剩余、碳酸氢根浓度的变化。结果 67例次的高剂量枸橼酸抗凝治疗各有1例分别因跨膜压、静脉压升高提前40 min和30 min结束治疗,其余65例次均顺利完成4 h透析治疗,患者未发生手口麻木、抽搐、心律失常等不适,透析2 h静脉壶内血液pH值、...
