description | The key parameter that characterizes the transmission accuracy of the precision reducer is the transmission error, but the problem of analyzing the accuracy of the transmission error measurement of the precision reducer for the robot is still blank. For this, the RV reducer is used as the measurement object, using the existing precision reducer performance testing machine, characterized by the measurement uncertainty evaluation method, the actual measurement of the rotation accuracy and coaxiality of the instrument shaft system is analyzed. The degree of influence of each error source on the transmission error measurement accuracy is calculated as the combined uncertainty of each error source. The calculation results show that the precision reducer performance testing machine has high measurement accuracy and through repeated testing of the test machine, the transmission error measurement repeatability is less than 2″, which can meet the precision reduction gear transmission error measurement requirements. |
