SELECTION OF TECHNICAL MEANS OF SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS USING THE REDUCED AND DUAL FREQUENCY SIGNAL RECEPTION
The contradiction between ensuring power reserve and a noise stability in the systems of the satellite communication using the lowered bearing frequency and dual reception of signals, and existence of a problem of a choice of technical means in these systems is proved.
