One case report of proliferative glomerulonephritis with monoclonal immunoglobulin G3-kappa deposits with HCV hepatitis infection
<正>病例资料患者,女,77岁,因"反复双下肢水肿2个月,加重1周"于2019年9月18日入院。患者2月前无明显诱因出现双下肢水肿,晨轻暮重,双下肢皮温正常,无胀痛,无间歇性跛行,无关节疼痛,当地医院查24 h尿蛋白定量1.4 g, 血肌酐79 μmol//L,丙肝病毒RNA定量 1.31×106 IU/mL,建议患者行肾穿刺活检术同时感染科就诊行抗丙肝治疗,患者及家属拒绝,予对症治疗。近一周双下肢水肿加重,乏力纳差,自诉尿泡沫较前增多。...
