MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF OPTIMAL CONTROL IN SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS
The article describes the mathematical process of optimal management in the social sector of the economy. Allowing to bring the macroeconomic system to a balanced development rate by optimal control is the main problem of development of a region and the whole country.
