Summary:According to the demand of manufacturer for synchronizer performance testing of mechanical transmission,based on the visual instrument development platform LabVIEW,with industrial control computer as the core,a testing System for the performance of mechanical transmission synchronizer which of data acquisition,data processing,waveform displaying,motion control as a whole is developed.The PID control technology is adopted to ensure motor speed stability during synchronizing,making the test system as far as possible to simulate the actual shift working condition.At last,a mechanical transmission standard sample provided with locking ring type inertial synchronizer is tested.The test results are in manufacturers require precision range.The results showed that this testing system can complete the test task better,and operate stably and reliably.
