To simulate the thread looseness failure,a multi-body dynamic model of the reciprocating compressor motion was created. It draws a conclusion that the change trends of the average settlement value and the peak-peak value can reflect the extent of thread loosening failure. Compared with the actual failure cases,the dynamic model is proved to be reasonable. |
