Study on the correlation of serum Fetuin-A,CRP and OPG levels with vascular calcification in patients with hemodialysis
目的探讨血清胎球蛋白A(Fetuin-A)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及骨保护素(OPG)水平与血液透析患者血管钙化的相关性。方法纳入2017年2月至2018年6月间在新疆医科大学第五附属医院行血液透析患者150例,其中75例出现血管钙化(钙化组),75例未出现血管钙化(未钙化组)。回顾性分析与比较两组临床资料与病理资料,并对其进行Logistic回归与Pearson相关分析。结果 (1)两组患者年龄、收缩压、舒张压、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、总蛋白、三酰甘油、血总固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸、血钙等无统计学差异(P>0.05),钙化组患者透析时间、血磷、PTH、CRP、...
