description | In business, the efficiency of nonmaterial investments is directly linked to the way in which co-operation between the partners in the technical development process plays out. However, the latter appears to be intimately linked to communication between the actors. Based on the results of fieldwork carried out in France within several businesses in the spatial sector during the last two years, the article attempts to better understand these actors (from those responsible for conceptual development through experts and risk management personnel to quality control), whose motivations and representations are a priori quite different, participate in the process of cognitive coproduction which results in innovation. |
