北京雨燕心脏、肺脏、肌肉和血液转录组比较分析
为进一步丰富北京雨燕（<italic>Apus apus pekinensis</italic>）基因组数据，采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台对其肌肉、肺脏、心脏及血液转录组进行测序。结果显示：经质控后得到32.80 Gb的clean data数据，通过Trinity组装后，运用生物信息学方法与相关数据库比对，得到15 295个（71.3%）有功能注释的unigenes。使用StringTie软件对mapped reads进行拼接后与参考基因组比对，共发掘6 700个新基因。共13 869条unigenes在GO数据库中获得注释，分类到3大类45个...
