Description
Summary:In modern-day conditions, organizations need to maintain a high standard of quality in order to meet the ever-growing demands of consumers. In this context, the relevance of implementing quality management systems among organizations is increasing over time. However, not all organizations are able to implement this system in their manufacturing facilities due to the complexity of the process. To solve this problem, an algorithm of quality management system implementation has been developed. This algorithm allows gradual implementation of the system in the organization, and this leads to business process optimization, allows organizations to maintain competitiveness and achieve success in a strategic perspective.
