中国卒中临床研究中的溶栓治疗：20年的成就与发展方向 Thrombolytic Therapy in Chinese Stroke Clinical Research: Achievements over the Past Two Decades and Future Directions
2002年，《急性脑梗死六小时以内的静脉溶栓治疗》多中心尿激酶RCT结果的发表，标志着中国缺血性卒中溶栓药物研究的开始。此后，中国脑血管病领域工作者学习国际先进经验，遵循国际指南的指导，不断规范和完善我国缺血性卒中的溶栓治疗。20年后的今天，我国已能独立开展创新研发，新型溶栓药物的不断推出、治疗时间窗的不断突破、联合治疗方案的不断创新，使中国的卒中溶栓研究站到了世界舞台中央。本文以亲历者的视角，回顾近20年来中国缺血性卒中临床研究中溶栓治疗的变革历程。 Abstract: In 2002, the results of multicenter RCT of Intravenous Throm...
