INDEX MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY OF UKRAINE BASED ON ICT-INDEXES
The paper proposes an index model of development of the information society of Ukraine based on the ICT-indicators. It is used to characterize the technological state of information and telecommunication infrastructure in Ukraine. The comparative analysis of methods of ICT-indexes is given.
