Cloning and sequence analysis of xylanase and β-1,3-1,4-glucanase cDNA fragments from Aspergillus niger FS6

木聚糖酶(1,4-β-xylanase,EC 3.2.1.8)以内切方式水解木聚糖分子中β-1,4-木糖苷键,其水解产物主要为木二糖及木二糖以上的寡聚木糖,也有少量的木糖和阿拉伯糖.该酶不仅对于降解自然界大量存在的半纤维素起着重要作用,而且也具有潜在的应用前景,如在造纸工业中用它作为纸浆的漂白剂,饲料工业中可提高纤维类饲料的消化利用率.β-1,3-1,4-葡聚糖酶(EC 3.2.1.73)能分解大麦中以β-1,3和β-1,4混合键连接的结构性非淀粉多糖β-D-葡聚糖,属于半纤维素物质.在啤酒工业中应用β-1,3-1,4-葡聚糖酶,可提高麦汁分离速度,减少啤酒混浊度和胶状沉淀物,从而改善啤酒质量...
