Summary:For the dynamics response model of the drive belt timeliness poor,not close to the actual working conditions and other issues at present,by using linear complementarity theory and penalty methods,the simulation of the contact with the belt drive system between the belt and the drive wheels is carried out,and introduction of flat-node beam element based on the absolute coordinate method,the belt modeling is accomplished,the variation law of dynamics characteristic in the process of belt drive contact is researched.The results show that the loss of power transmission belt is significant,the pulleys angular velocity at the initial stage of the passive presence of significant fluctuations in the rotational speed of the drive pulley stable passive stabilizing.Due to the existence of a belt bending strength,under the condition of drive pulley wrap angle range of new method,to calculate the obvious peak of the force of per unit length and friction exist in the drive pulley transmission access and transmission quit,it is fit the actual working condition.In the process of belt drive,when the relative speed is zero,the drive pulley and the belt is viscous phase,when the relative speed is greater than zero,the driving pulley and the belt is slipping phase.
