<正>病例资料患者,男性,36岁,因"发现皮肤斑块2年余,双下肢水肿3月余"于2018年3月12日入院。患者于2016年2月出现颈部及胸部皮肤斑块并进行性扩大,2017年4月于外院行皮肤活检明确诊断"淋巴结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤"。2017年6月起予"贝伐珠单抗(500 mg静滴)联合吉西他滨(1.8 g静滴)、奥沙利铂(200 mg静滴)、培门冬酶(3 750 IU肌肉注射)及地塞米松(10 mg静滴)"化疗,每月1疗程,共8疗程,同时予对症支持治疗,2018年1月22化疗结束。化...
