Efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with atropine on respiratory failure resulting from organophosphate poisoning and its influences on renal function and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio
目的观察血液灌流联合阿托品治疗有机磷中毒导致呼吸衰竭患者的疗效,并研究这一治疗方法对患者肾功能、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年12月在茂名市人民医院就诊的有机磷中毒致呼吸衰竭的患者76例,只采用阿托品治疗的31例记为对照组,采用阿托品联合血液灌流治疗的45例记为观察组。比较两组患者治疗后临床效果及各项临床指标,比较治疗前、后两组患者血清β2微球蛋白(β2-microglobulin,β2-MG)、总蛋白(total protein,TP)、BUN、Scr、尿酸(uric acid,...
