Summary:The vector motion model is built to study the trajectory tracking of the orbital forming press head,the motion trajectory of the orbital head with different speed and direction is simulated by using MATLAB software,the motion trajectory is multi- branches rose curve when the outer eccentric speed ω<sub>1</sub>&gt; 0,and the inner eccentric speed ω<sub>2</sub>&lt; 0,and ω<sub>1</sub>≠ | ω<sub>2</sub>|. The formation process of multi- branches rose curve trajectory motion are analyzed,the branch numbers of multi- branches rose curve and the law of the its trajectory are studied.
