description | The paper presents the results of thermal and aerodynamic calculations in radiation chamber tubular furnaces with gas fan and acoustic burners grazing flame within the differential method for thermal calculating furnaces. Processes in the radiation chamber are described by two-dimensional energy equation, of radiative transfer, movement of the combustion products, k-e of model of turbulence and model of methane combustion in two stages. The problem of radiative transfer in the volume of the furnace is solved using S2 approximation method of discrete ordinates. The features of the temperature field, flow field of flue gases in the furnace radiant chamber technology and the distribution of surface heat flux density to the reaction tubes using different types of burners. |
