description The present study analysed the content of Polish teachers’ discussions on Facebook during the pandemic. The main aim of the study was to identify and classify the stressors after the lockdown of schools and the new occupational situation experienced by teachers. Additionally, the second main research aim concerned positive coping strategies that teachers used to deal effectively with those stressors. The study brought new qualitative data on teachers mental health through analysing traditional occupational stressors and new ones that occurred during school closure caused by COVID-19 lockdown.
