description In order to solve the problems of high packet loss rate, high bit error rate and long delay in space-integrated-ground information network, a transmission protocol (SRTP), which was based on UDP and SCPS-TP was designed.In SRTP, ACK and NAK acknowledgement mechanism, packet retransmission mechanism were redesigned, and PID congestion control mechanism was optimized based on artifi cial immune network algorithm(IA).Compared with traditional TCP, SRTP has better eff ect on transmission rate and network stability.
