Report of one case of renal failure resulting from light chain deposition disease with light chain cast nephropathy
<正>病例资料患者,女,48岁,因"间断双下肢水肿4年余,纳差1个月余"入院,患者4年间断出现双下肢水肿,活动后加重,自觉尿中泡沫增多,就诊于当地医院,化验尿蛋白阳性,给予输液(具体不详)对症处理后好转出院,仍反复出现双下肢水肿,多次复查尿潜血阳性,蛋白阴性,未检测肾功能,未予治疗。1个月前因牙痛自行口服氯芬待因2片,出现恶心、呕吐,尿量无明显变化,就诊于当地医院,输液治疗2 d,恶心、呕吐明显缓解,出现乏力、纳差。1周前就诊于当地...
