Description
Summary:The effects of structural parameters, material parameters and pre-compression of rubber on the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring were studied by means of experimental research and simulated analysis. Firstly, the Mooney-Rivlin model was used to fit the rubber constitutive parameters, and the finite element model of rubber spring was established. Then, the quasi-static torsion experiment of the rubber spring was carried out, which verified the accuracy of the finite element model. Finally, based on the established finite element model, the effects of rubber rod height, diameter, pre-compression and hardness on the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring were studied by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the height, diameter, pre-compression and hardness of rubber rod are nonlinear with the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring, and the pre-compression of rubber rod has the most significant effect on the static torsion stiffness of rubber spring.
