A mono-center study on current situation of vascular access in patients with maintenance hemodialysis
目的分析维持性血液透析患者血管通路使用情况及原因。方法回顾性分析本中心290例维持性血液透析(透析龄>3个月)患者临床资料、血流量、超滤量、血管通路使用情况,分析首次血液透析及维持性血液透析患者中不同类型血管通路的分布情况,并按性别、年龄、透析龄对各种血管通路的选择进行分层分析。结果所纳入的290例患者中,男性165例,女性125例,年龄(54.6±14.5)岁;290例维持性血液透析患者血管通路的比例分别为自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)88.28%,带隧道带涤纶套导管(TCC)10.34%,移植物内瘘(AVG)1.38%;首次使用各种血管通路的比例为AVF 15.17%,TCC(CGN)1....
