目的 探讨特鲁索综合征相关性脑梗死（Trousseau syndrome associated cerebral infarction，TSCI）的临床及影像特征，并对比不同系统肿瘤患者的临床资料、影像学特征及实验室检查结果差异，以提高临床医师对TSCI的诊治水平。 方法 本研究根据纳入标准与排除标准选择南昌大学第一附属医院2020年4月—2024年9月收治的诊断为TSCI的患者为研究对象，收集患者的临床资料、影像学特征、实验室检查结果并进行回顾性分析。 结果 研究最终纳入103例TSCI患者，平均年龄为（66.0±10.6）岁，其中男性62例（60.2%），女性41例（39.8%）。首发...
