| Summary: | The urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids surgery is associated with multiple factors including anesthesia, surgery, pain, overinfusion, body position, mental status and so on. This paper summarized the nursing experience in a patient undergoing massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in treating urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Except for Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress, nursing interventions also included evaluation, environment optimization and psychological intervention, in order to promote the Traditional Chinese Medicine external application treatment in the clinical setting. (肛肠术后尿潴留与麻醉、手术、疼痛、输液过多、体位、精神等多种因素有关。本文总结1例经推拿联合中药热熨敷治的混合痔术后尿潴留患者的护理经验, 包括护理评估、环境优化、心理干预、健康宣教、推拿手法、中药热熨敷方法等, 以期为进一步推广中医外治法在临床中的应用提供参考。) |
