<正>病例资料患者,女,31岁,因"服用苍耳子20 d,恶心呕吐4 d"于2017年12月23日入院。患者20 d前因采用偏方治疗鼻窦炎,冲水服用磨成粉末的苍耳子,每日1次,服用20 d,共约250 g。4 d前出现恶心呕吐,随后出现精神差,神志淡漠,伴尿量减少,每天约200～400 mL。既往鼻窦炎病史,无肝肾疾病病史。查体:T 36℃,P 65次/min,R 14次/min,BP 126/85 mmHg,神志淡漠,精神差,双肺呼吸音清...
