THE STUDY OF OF PROCESS DRYING COOKED RICE IN A BOILING BED

The research of process of drying of cooked rice in the boiling layer was found optimal modes of drying and hydrothermal processing of grain, allowing to reduce the specific energy consumption, increase the capacity of the dryer and improve the quality of dried rice.
