One case of renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever with acute liver-kidney failure,pancreatitis and cholecystitis
<正>病例资料患者:男,41岁,因"间断发热5 d,发现肾功能异常1 d"于2017年3月7日入院。入院前5 d无明显诱因出现发热,体温在37.3℃左右,伴腰痛、背部疼痛及恶心、腹胀。入院前1 d体温39.5℃,当地医院检查发现尿蛋白阳性,血肌酐120μmol/L左右,血小板较低,转氨酶明显高于正常,考虑为"肝肾衰竭、发热待查",予以抗炎等治疗(具体不详),无好转遂来我院。24 h尿量约400 ml。既往健康。入院时查体:血压110/80 mmHg,急性病容,醉酒貌,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻...
