Summary:The measure of improving inverted tooth chain wear resistance is proposed,and the relationship between plate hole brightness,pin heat treatment surface hardness,pin surface rough and wear resistance are expounded.The test result shows the improvement of chain plate hole brightness,pin heat treatment surface hardness,pin surface rough could improve wear resistance,contrast with no improving,the wear resistance could be raise 50%.All shows this measure is very effective for wear resistance improving.
