疑似C3肾小球病一例
<正>病例资料患者,男,78岁,主因"恶心、呕吐伴纳差10 d,双眼睑水肿并进行性加重7 d"于2017年10月23日入院。患者10 d前无明显诱因出现恶心呕吐,7 d前出现双眼睑水肿,并逐渐出现四肢水肿,伴尿量减少,约200～300 mL/d,为进一步就诊入住我院肾内科。既往高血压病史14年,血压控制可。患者体温36. 5℃,血压160/80 mmHg,双眼睑水肿,双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿性啰音及哮鸣音,心率70次/分,律齐,...
