REACTION FRITTING OF NANO-STRUCTURAL COVERINGS OF POW DER MATERIALS
Thin-film covers of silicon and carbon are received using the method of magnetron spraying of composite cathodes, the conditions of silicon carbide formation on diamond crystals are established.
