SAFETY OF THE SPIRITUAL CULTURE AS AN IMPORTANT CONDITION FOR THE STEADY GROWTH OF THE RUSSIAN SOCIETY
This article justifies the importance of providing safety to the spiritual culture, in philosophical context reviewed the whole range of problems on the solution of which depends not just safety of spiritual culture, but the fate of reforms in Russian society in general.
