Summary:Abstract With various uncertainties and turbulences in the world and disruptive changes in digital technologies, digital leadership need to master relevant digital technologies to respond to market changes in a creative, adaptive, and resilient way and lead their organizations to sustainable growth. This study investigates the impact of digital leadership and job crafting on organizational resilience, grounded in job demand-resource theory. This study conducted an empirical survey with a sample of 389 employees from diverse firms in China, utilizing PLS-SEM and hypothesis testing. The findings of the study demonstrate that digital leadership enhances organizational resilience.
