PARTICULARITĂŢILE EFECTELOR GALVANOMAGNETICE ÎN CÂMPURI MAGNETICE PUTERNICE ÎN BICRISTALE DE TORSIUNE ALE IZOLATORULUI TOPOLOGIC 3D Bi1-xSbx (0.07 ≤ x ≤ 0.2)

Se prezintă rezultatele studiului efectelor galvanomagnetice în bicristale de torsiune ale aliajelor Bi1-xSbx (0.07 < x < 0.15) în câmpuri magnetice puternice (de până la 40T), direcţionate în planul interfeţelor cristaline. S-a depistat că în bicristalele cu unghi mic de torsionare tranziţii...
