双圆弧齿轮珩齿试验研究
论述了双圆弧齿轮珩齿原理 ,给出了满足该原理并能实现珩齿加工的珩齿装置。用正交试验法设计出析因试验 ,成功地珩磨了 9个mn=4 ,z=2 1,β =2 1°2′2 2″试件。试验和数据分析结果表明 ,珩齿可以大幅减小齿面粗糙度 ,适当提高齿向精度 ;对珩齿工艺影响显著的因素为珩削速度和珩轮粒度。...
