Comparison of different methods for identification of pathogenic bacteria from rice
Biolog (computer aided numeric taxonomy method), gas chromatographic analysis of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs), basic bacteriology, selective media and pathogenicity test were compared for identification of 18 pathogenic bacteria from rice.
