Summary: | The research aimed at measuring the effect of tasks provision patterndifference (distributed /condensed) in WebQuests on developing creative designskills of digital libraries interfaces of information department students. Theparticipants (n= 63) were divided into two experimental groups. The instrumentsincluded a creative design test, an observation card for the practical performance, criteria and indicators card. The results indicates that there is a significantdifference at (0.05) level between the first experimental group (which studies withthe distributed pattern) and the second experimental group (which studies withthe condensed pattern) means on behalf of the first experimental group. Theresults also referred that there is no significant difference between the firstexperimental group (which studies with the distributed pattern) and the secondexperimental group (which studies with the condensed pattern) means of theobservation card for the practical performance and criteria card measures. Theresearch recommended the necessity of tasks provision pattern difference(distributed /condensed) in designing the electronic learning environment takinginto account the learners individuality and various learning styles. |
