THE USE OF PRESERVING AGENTS OF NATURAL ORIGIN TO EXTEND THE SHELF LIFE OF PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

The article presents the finding ways to extend the shelf-life of perishable products using natural preservatives, for example, potato salad. The results of studies and experimental data are presented in the form of graphic materials.
