description | A gear rotor bearing coupling dynamics model is established for the star gear transmission system of geared turbofan engine(GTF). The dynamics model considers the relationship between the rotational motion of the star gear,the time-varying support stiffness of the bearing,the meshing stiffness of the gear,as well as the relationship between the multi tooth meshing and the comprehensive error. The influence of bearing position on input shaft and output shaft on floating quantity and load distribution characteristics is studied. The results show that the position and arrangement of the bearings on the input shaft and output shaft have great influence on the floating amount of the sun gear and ring gear,but almost no effect on the floating amount of the star gear. The change of the bearing position on the input shaft has no effect on the load distribution uniformity,while the bearing position on the output shaft affects the load distribution uniformity. |
