汽车复杂齿形类零件的冷挤压成型
用精密成形的方法———冷挤压工艺 ,将汽车用复杂齿形件的型腔及齿形挤压成型无需再机加工 ,而其余部分净成形或留少许加工余量即可达到零件使用要求。模具寿命高 ,生产效率高 ,特别适宜大批量生产。
