All animals inseminated three times at 48, 72 and 96 h following removal of PRID. Pregnancy rate in animals with anoestrus and suboestrus were 81.8 % and 62.5 % respectively, while onset of the oestrus occurence in animals with anoestrus and suboestrus were 91.7 % and 100 % respectively. The onset of the oestrus and pregnancy rates in all animals that PRID application were 95.0 % and 73 6 % respectively. The findings indicate that the use of PRID is effective for treatment of animals with anoestrus and suboestrus. |
