Notes on one genus of parasitoids on mealybugs new to China with two new species (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae)
Two new species of Encyrtidae, collected from Fuxin, Liaoning of China, i. e. Leptomastidea longicauda Xu, sp. n. and Dinocarsiella quinqueguttata Xu, sp. n., are described in detail.
