СТРУКТУРНЫЕ ДИСПРОПОРЦИИ КАК УГРОЗА ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ РОССИИ by N. V. Osokina, E. V. Slesarenko

    Published 2016-06-01
“…Results: basing on the analysis of scientific economic literature and statistical data, the historical background is revealed of the emergence of structural disproportions in the Russian economy, the origins of which had been laid long before the formation of the USSR and tended to strengthen during the Soviet period, and later during the period of transformation processes that swept the country at the turn of XX-XXI centuries; the influence of structural disproportions on the security of the Russian economy was described, which can be interpreted as a threat, characterized by a complete de-industrialization of the economy, reduction of innovation development, degradation of economic base and scientific potential, increasing dependence on vital consumer and industrial goods; there is a need to change the vector of socio-economic development of Russia and form a new model of structural modernization. …”

混合驱动凸轮连杆机械压力机的分析与仿真 by 李竞洋, 葛正浩, 苏鹏刚, 蒋萌

    Published 2010-01-01
“…The significance of applying hybrid cam-linkage mechanism to mechanical press is expounded. This new type of mechanistic configuration for the hybrid cam-linkage mechanical press is proposed and its kinematic principle is analyzed.Using complex number vector method, the inverse kinematic analysis of this hybrid mechanism is carried out and the actual operating function that can meet the demand of processing techniques is worked out.Based on Pro/Mechanism,The mechanism motion simulation is done. The results show that the hybrid cam-linkage mechanical press can realize multiple motion specification and satisfy multi-technique request from slider velocity characteristics in the course of process.According to the structure analysis and simulation for hybrid seven-bar mechanism, the conclusion that compared to the hybrid seven-bar press, the hybrid cam-linkage press has the merits of easy link lengths restriction and good motion output is obtained. At last, the dynamic simulation model is designed, and the power distribution of the constant speed motor and the servo-motor is analyzed.…”

On Classification of the Human Emotions from Facial Thermal Images: A Case Study Based on Machine Learning by Marius Sorin Pavel, Simona Moldovanu, Dorel Aiordachioaie

    Published 2025-03-01
“…An augmentation process was applied to the initial raw images that led to the development of the two databases with added noise, as well as the subsequent augmentation of all images, i.e., rotation, reflection, translation and scaling. (2) Methods: The multiclass classification process was implemented through two subsets of methods, i.e., machine learning with random forest (RF), support vector machines (SVM) and k-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithms and deep learning with the convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm. (3) Results: The results obtained in this paper with the two subsets of methods belonging to the field of artificial intelligence (AI), together with the two categories of facial thermal images with added noise used as input, were very good, showing a classification accuracy of over 99% for the two categories of images, and the three corresponding classes for each. (4) Discussion: The augmented databases and the additional configurations of the implemented algorithms seems to have had a positive effect on the final classification results.…”
