Application of Three Neural Network Models in the Prediction ofStratospheric Wind Field by YUAN Junjie, LUO Rubin, LIAO Jun, YANG Zechuan, WANG Ning, LI Jun

    Published 2019-01-01
“…The simulation results show that the neural network model can be applied to the prediction of stratospheric wind field and the BP neural networks optimized by genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization can greatly improve the prediction accuracy of BP neural network, and the forecast wind speed is following the true value in a certain period of time. The prediction accuracy of the BP neural network optimized by particle swarm optimization is slightly better than that of the BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm.…”

Sensitivity Analysis of Axial Compressive Bearing Capacity of CFRP Concrete-filled Steel Tube by WU Jian, ZOU Hong, XU Zhichun, WANG Kunyun

    Published 2021-01-01
“…The axial compressive bearing capacity of CFRP concrete-filled steel tube is related to many factors.Due to material manufacturing and use, these parameters are not a definite value.Based on this, this paper carries out the sensitivity analysis of axial compressive bearing capacity of CFRP concrete-filled steel tube with consideration of the uncertainty of parameters, conducts the parametric modeling of CFRP concrete-filled steel tube with Python,ABAQUS scripting language based on nine parameters and parameter sample values, calculates the ultimate bearing capacity by ABAQUS batch processor, analyzes the local and global sensitivity of ultimate bearing capacity, establishes the fitting function relation by the second order response surface aiming at the problem of large amount and long time of global sensitivity calculation, and calculates the global sensitivity index by the extended Fourier amplitude sensitivity test. The results show that:The inner diameter of steel tube has the greatest influence on the ultimate bearing capacity.By comparing the two methods of local sensitivity and global sensitivity, the parameters vary in a small range, and the ideal results can be obtained quickly through local sensitivity analysis. If the difference in variability of each parameter is too big,the results from global sensitivity analysis are more accurate.…”
