    “…Based on the low-IF digital predistortion (DPD) architecture,a coordinate transformation based low-complex coefficients estimation algorithm is proposed to reduce the hardware implementation cost and numerical calculation complexity significantly.The proposed algorithm transforms the complex multiplication of the conventional DPD coefficients estimation method to amplitude multiplication and phase addition in polar coordinates.To complete the same calculation,times of multiplications and accumulations are reduced by 75% and 50%.The algorithm is derived from the general Volterra pass-band nonlinear model,and proves the equivalency of baseband predistortion and IF predistortion.The proposed low-IF architecture and the coefficients estimation algorithm are verified by the measurement results on a practical radio frequency power amplifier.…”

    “…A rapid off-grid DOA estimating method of RV-OGSBL was raised based on unitary transformation,against the problem of traditional sparse Bayesian learning (SBL) algorithm in solving effectiveness of signal’s DOA estimation under condition of lower signal noise ratio (SNR).Actual received signal of uniform linear array was generated through constructing augment matrix as the processing signal used by DOA estimation.Then,estimation model was transformed from complex value to real value by using unitary transformation.In the next step,off-grid model and sparse Bayesian learning algorithm were combined together to process the realization of DOA estimation iteratively.The accuracy of estimation could made relatively high.The simulation result demonstrates that the RV-OGSBL method not only maintains the performance of traditional SBL algorithm,but also reduces the computational complexity significantly.Under the situation of lower signal noise ratio (SNR) and low number of snapshots,the running time of algorithm is reduced about 50%.This shows the RV-OGSBL method is a rapid DOA estimation algorithm.…”

    “…This is because the wavelet transform process has some errors that increase with the number of decomposition layers. (2) The VCPA-GA hybrid variable selection algorithm merges the strengths of the VCPA and GA, addressing the tendency of the VCPA to select fewer variables and overcoming GA's limitations in handling many variables which can lead to overfitting, providing a theoretical basis for estimating ginseng fruit LCC using hyperspectral remote sensing. (3) Among the four machine-learning models, predictions from to 1-2 and 6-7 layers were generally lower than those of the 0 layer, while predictions from the 3–5 layers are higher, showing an overall trend of initial increase followed by a decrease as the number of wavelet decomposition layers increased. (4) Ginseng fruit leaf hyperspectral data processed by the DWT-VCPA-GA algorithm with a 4-layer DWT spectrum yielded the best predictive performance in the BP-AdaBoost regression model, with R2=0.919, mean absolute percentage error = 2.090%, and relative percentage difference = 3.900. (5) After optimizing the BPNN regression model with various algorithms, only some optimized models improved their predictive performance and accuracy to a certain extent, making the choice of the right optimization algorithm crucial for model improvement.…”
