    “…Interestingly, it isnot well understood how the ability to lift the heel off the ground during the test tasks affects outcomes.Objective: The aim of the study is to examine whether and how the YBT-LQ procedure allowing heel lift (FHL) compares to the procedure restricting heel lift (RHL) in influencing test outcomes among healthy individuals.Methods: The two versions of YBT-LQ were performed: FHL and RHLResults: Allowing heel lifting during the test results in significantly greater normalised reach distances in the ANT direction and a higher composite score (both legs), as well as greater PL reach distances for the stance leg.Conclusion: When using the YBT-LQ as a diagnostic or research tool, or when interpreting its results, it is important to remember that test outcomes are significantly affected by whether heel lifting is allowed during the test tasks.…”
