“…To remedy the defects of hearing determine methods which over-reliance on the experience of works andcan not accurately judge the bevel gear mesh quality,a design of bevel gear mesh noise measurement and analysis system based on DSP and FPGA is proposed.DSP used as the controlling and data processing core in the system,collecting noise signal,after filtering,analog-digital conversion,spectrum analysis,bevel gear meshquality is comprehensive judged,By field programmable gate array（FPGA） logic control to coordinate DSP,the entire system functions are achieved.Using keyboard and LCD hardware design,humanmachine interface is implemented.In addition,by serial communication,this system can communicate with PC and implement signal data storage.Generally,the system is favorable for its integrated functions,simple structures and provide a powerful measurement and analysis tool for controlling bevel gear mesh quality.…”
