    “…Based on the grinding experiment of the moderate hardenability alloy carburizing steel harden tooth surface gear with small modulus,the relationship between the gear grinding process,parameters and burning of gear grinding is studied.The principle of gear forming grinding is analyzed as well as the factors that influence on the burning and the test method of burning in gear grinding process.A new method is proposed to reduce or avoid the burning in this kind of material which is based on the strict control of grinding allowance after heat treatment.The large pore ceramics aluminum grinding wheels are used in this method while the shallow cutting depth grinding method with high speed and quick stroke is adopted.The grinding wheel is corrected effectively and the type of cooling is improved.This study provides a reference and gist for the selection of grinding process for moderate harden ability alloy carburizing steel.…”
