Joint Optical Performance Monitoring and Modulation Format/Bit-Rate Identification by CNN-Based Multi-Task Learning by Xiaojie Fan, Yulai Xie, Fang Ren, Yiying Zhang, Xiaoshan Huang, Wei Chen, Tianwen Zhangsun, Jianping Wang

    Published 2018-01-01
“…A novel technique is proposed for joint multi-impairment optical performance monitoring (OPM) with bit-rate and modulation format identification (BR-MFI) in next-generation heterogeneous optic communication networks by convolution neural network (CNN)-based deep multi-task learning (MTL) on asynchronous delay-tap sampling phase portraits. Instead of treating the monitoring and identification tasks as separate problems, a novel MTL technique is used to joint optimization of them utilizing the ability of feature extraction and feature sharing. …”

Effects of Micro - Arc Oxidation on Dimensional Accuracy and Properties of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Bush by SONG Na, QIANG Wei, CHEN Zhen, GUO Xiu-qiao, ZHAO Chen-yu

    Published 2021-06-01
“…At present, there are few studies on the film structure of micro-arc oxidation film on aluminum alloy and the dimensional accuracy change of precision thin wall parts before and after micro-arc oxidation. The samples of 6061 aluminum alloy bushing(precision thin wall parts), used for the aircraft engine fuel control system accessory, were treated by four different micro-arc oxidation processes(A, B, C and D).The microstructure, composition and micro-hardness of micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer were detected and analyzed.Besides, the inner diameter, the cylindricity and the surface roughness of the inner hole before and after MAO were tested. Results showed that the micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer obtained by C and D processing parameters with special auxiliary equipment had excellent properties. The surface hardness could reach 900 HV,which was 6 times of that of 6061 aluminum alloy matrix material. The micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer significantly improved the wear resistance and service life of parts, at the same time met the strict requirement of dimensional precision. This study laid a foundation for the engineering application of aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation process.…”
